• Images include standard touch-ups. Advanced touch ups (for the definitions see FAQ)  are only done by request and editing rates start at $15 per image. Custom touch ups (for the definitions see FAQ)  are only done by request and editing rates start at $25 per image.No RAW or unedited photos are ever given to client.

• Portrait galleries will be available for proofing approximately 2 weeks after session date. At times, delivery times may be longer. No free product or refunds will be issued for these delays. Final galleries will be available approximately 2 weeks after proofing is concluded by client. 

• Portrait sessions are approximately 30-60 minutes and within 10 miles of Southfield, Mi. if outside of studio. Modeling sessions are approximately 1-2 hours (or as listed in agreement) and within 10 miles of Southfield, Mi. if outside of studio. Time limits are guidelines only. They may be shorter or longer dependent on the photographer’s discretion. No make-up time or refund will be given if all time is not used. No additional fees will be charged should extra time be used due to photographer’s choice. Additional time requested by client will be $35 per every 30 minutes.

• Travel fees may apply (flat rate $25 travel fee within 10-15 mi. of Southfield, Mi, $0.50 per mile thereafter).

• Copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to copy, scan or edit any images without permission of the photographer. Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify or apply any type of filter on any image produced at this photo session. Malkiyah Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose without written consent. No other camera equipment other than the photographers is allowed in the photo session.

• When displayed by client on social media Malkiyah's branding must be displayed and/or Malkiyah tagged on said social media.

• Session Galleries are available for 90 days following gallery delivery. At that time, they will be archived and an additional fee of $100 may be applied for gallery requests after this time.

• Deposits are required for every session, and are non-refundable for any reason. These deposits secure the date of your photo session or event, and prevent it from being booked by any other clients.

• I reserve the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, or personal emergency. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to my own cancellation, I will refund your paid session fee, or assist in finding you another photographer.

• Refunds are not given for missed photo sessions or events, and re-shoots are not offered. 

• Your session or event will begin at the scheduled, agreed-upon time; if you are running late, the end time for photography services will still remain the same. Please always be prompt!

• *All cancellations (whether TFP** or paid) must be made 24 hours or more in advance. If cancellation is not made 24 hours or more in advance or model/client is a "no-show" then a $25 fee will be accessed upon reschedule and payment will be required at the time of reschedule. 

• Paying sessions supersede TFP sessions. If a TFP is scheduled and a paid booking is requested for that time, the paid session will be booked and the TFP will be rescheduled.

• No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must receive studio consent.

• No alcohol, marijuana or illegal substances will be admitted.

• No one will be admitted who is under the influence/smell of alcohol, marijuana or illegal substances. 

• No pets allowed without prior consent.

• No children allowed in studio unless they have been scheduled for photo session.

• MUA/Hairdresser are allowed in studio with prior consent. No other guest allowed in studio unless prior consent has been received (please see FAQ).
